Liked: Bathroom was filthy old furniture

Disappointing

Disliked: Took two hours to check in. There was no soap in the bathroom. The TV remote was not the right remote for the TV.

Awful!

Liked: Nothing went well. Got there and said I didn't have a room after waiting in line for an hour.
Disliked: Got to the hotel. Had to wait in line to be checked in for an hour. People were coming back in to the front desk stating they had gotten to their room and people were in it. They were telling people in line they are not taking credit cards. It was a disaster. Got up to the front desk and was told I didn't have a room. Showed them my confirmation on my phone. Wanted me to forward the email. Did and they claimed they didn't receive it. Made a phone call to someone who stated the room was "void". This all occurring in a line of people slowing growing behind me. Finally asked if I would be charged for a room if I left. He stated "no charge" because my room was "void". Disaster. Will never go back.

Liked: Check in was so slow i gave up and came back later. Credit card reader didn’t work - asked for cash! Then emailed me a link to pay.Room looked clean at first glance, but on closer inspection, sheets were stained, there was crunchy debris in bed, pillows were old and lumpy, and the shower had a used bar of soap and razor in it. The couch was so worn I hit the metal frame of the bed frame under it. I could not get anyone at the front desk to address cleanliness. I pretended it was camping and slept on top of the covers fully dressed. I considered sleeping on the floor of my daughter’s dorm it was that bad.The area also seemed super sketchy at night, and that’s from a hard core city dweller. I drove myself 50 ft to the gas station.If it hadn’t been Mom’s weekend, I would have gone to another hotel and eaten the cost. There is a reason this cost half what any other room on mom’s weekend ran.

Exceptional

Liked: The person at the front desk excellent service
Disliked: The suite was nice and clean and the shuttle good service

Outside of checking in, our...

Liked: They were having trouble with their systems upon check-in so we waited in line quite awhile to get check-in but they did give us complementary beverages while we waited. When we got to the room it was the wrong room so we had to wait in horrible, long line again.

Ultimately, it was a bed...

Liked: No bed bugs that we could see.
Disliked: Check in took almost an hour. There was a line, not that long, but some people said they were waiting for 3 hours. Management should have communicated better with everyone. The room had no soap or shampoo. Had to go back to office to receive. Then we got a knock on our door from another family who was assigned the same room as we were given. That also made our room key not work when we returned later, tired and after midnight, so had to go back to office to get key card reprogrammed.The shower was hot and high pressure, which I like. But this was almost like getting hit by a fire hose. Remain standing in the same place and the shower became painful.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Mattress was old. Very uncomfortable.

Clean, but lacking

Liked: It was a decent breakfast. Scrambled eggs with cheese, sausage patties, biscuits and gravy, yogurt and cereal. I don't know why there wasn't any water though. Nice staff working breakfast
Disliked: Pool areas was left messy, had to go all the way back to the desk to ask for towels for pool. No soap or shampoo I'm the bathroom of room. A bit loud at night, can hear everyone arriving. Walls are thin.
