Liked: The bed was super comfortable, and the room was spacious. Very clean and nice facilities.
Disliked: The low flow toilet was frustratingly slow. The heater was loud when it clicked on/off.

Liked: Spa tub and bed were great. Locked parking garage was nice.
Disliked: Previous customer must have smoked in the room. Windows wide open and AC blowing cold. Took all night to warm up.I had to fix the toilet. The seat was about to fall off.

Liked: Location. We upgraded to a suite and were very happy with it.
Disliked: Would have liked cleaning every other day to be included in the price

Liked: The staff was great. The location was ideal for my purpose. Easy to travel via Uber. Close to Covenant Shores. Bed was comfortable. Nice to have the option of a suite with extra room.
Disliked: The 2nd floor was a symphony of dull browns. The lighting is old-school. Breakfast was below that of competitors. The "housekeeping on demand" would be better replaced with "housekeeping every three days." The house coffee was not to my liking.

All the great feelings stopped...

Liked: the breakfast is soooooo incredible. I think they may need to try to make a normal breakfast as a normal hotel. We don't ask delicious but at least on a normal level.
Disliked: the breakfast needs to improved.
