Disliked: Keys didn’t work. I had to walk in the rain to get to the Broken parking garage door, keys not working anywhere, I was late to my important meeting because my car was stuck in parking garage. broken and loud bathroom exhaust, spider webs and dust on ceiling and furniture. Old carpet.

an OK place

Liked: The room was clean. We had free breakfast and parking. A lot of hotel only offer one but not both. I also like that I have option to have the room clean daily or not. The breakfast has nice variety. And there's small area where I can get hot water even late at night.
Disliked: We were there for a mini vacation for my hubby birthday. I had made a note of it before arriving. the staff mentioned they could prepare something but turn out to be nothing. If you promise to do something, do it, if you can't, just say no. I don't like to have expectation - end with disappointment.

Liked: The complex's location was ideal and very close to a freeway ramp.
Disliked: The entrance to the complex was a bit disappointing and not warm and friendly as I was expecting.

Liked: Really grateful to the front-desk staff for helping me add a note prior to my arrival. They also make the check-in very easy and quick; this was important considering that it was cold day and wee hours of the night. The furniture and beds we awesome!The lighting at the study desk, the desk and chair were comfortable for work and ergonomic. The mirrors and coffee was ideal.
Disliked: The breakfast didn't have options for plant-based dishes.The carpets in the room weren't bright and appeared unclean. It was a cold day and the climate control wasn't ideal. It required me to wear multiple layers to feel warm, use the fleece blanket to feel comfortable.

Good value, would stay here...

Liked: Cheaper than downtown Seattle, free parking, really good breakfast.
Disliked: A big group had just checked out, so property was trashed, dirty hallways, etc.
