Disliked: Bathroom facilities could be updated. The flush kept running the whole night but worked ok during the day

Liked: Was convenient and close to beach
Disliked: Booking.com said had booked a portacot but on arrival Hotel said they do not provide them, was difficult as we had a one year old with us.

Disliked: The price. I found out that if I had booked directly with hotel it would have been at least $100 cheaper. I am so annoyed at booking dot com for charging so much. Very disappointed

Liked: Comfortable bed and proximity to shops and the beach. The rooms are very well equipped.
Disliked: The pictures on the website are so incorrect! The hotel doesn't look anything like the pictures.The parking bays could be numbered for each unit.

Liked: It was very convenient as a base for the city as well as the region. It was handy to shops and other amenities.
Disliked: I do prefer an earlier check in at times or somewhere to store luggage but it all worked out.
