Disappointing. No service.

Liked: The bed was comfy
Disliked: Requested a 1pm check in and told it couldn't be done. Arrived at 2pm, no one at reception and once we got to our room we found it hadn't been cleaned. Instead they had only just started. We had to ask the staff to come back later to finish it, as we needed to get ready to go to a wedding. Went to check out the next day, no one at reception again. Thoroughly disappointing experience.

Very disappointed! Charged $503.00 for...

Liked: Great location.
Disliked: The room was dated and dirty. Bed linen old and well used with pillow cases smelling and no longer white.
