Disliked: Filthy/black carpets; stairwell and vanity lights not working; cobweb strewn balcony; no bottled water; no phone to call reception and room service as stated in room guide; no menu for room service as stated in room guide; only luke warm shower water; no one working desk or cleaning rooms at check out time to hand over key to

It was in a convenient...

Liked: The room was clean and presentable. Parking onsite was good.
Disliked: Noisy. Not from the hotel guests but rude loud arguments going on outside from neighbours. Burn outs being done out the front of the building in the early hours of the morning.
