Don't Stay Here!

Liked: The location
Disliked: The hotel was not as new and clean as the pictures. it had creaky floors, and was older. It was clean though. It is NOT a hotel. It is more like a motel inside a hotel. The long hallway to go to your room is like walking outside. I booked this hotel because they say pet friendly but then charged us $60 for our small, we'll behaved dog. I asked if we could get a refund for the 2nd night because our plans changed and we wouldn't be spending a second night. They said we had to talk to the manager the next day. They still charged us for two nights for our dog! If you are in your room you could hear everyone walking down the hall. The People staying above us sounded like they were stomping around but it was just the construction of the building. We couldn't sleep and we decided to just leave after being woken up by someone banging their tow truck bed at 430 am. We called and missed the manager. We were told to call back again. I have sent 2 emails wanting to discuss the fact that we did not stay two nights and should in the very least get a refund on our dog deposit! If you are pet friendly you should give the deposit back if your dog does nothing to the room and only charge a deposit in the night you actually stay!

Liked: Good location of the inn and proximity to the highway.
Disliked: The smell in the bedroom, more prominent smell in the bathroom. Bad smell coming thru the ceiling fan. Room smelled musty at check in.
