Lovely stay for Valentine’s Day...

Liked: Everything about this property me and my partner adored ! Our room was very nicely presented , clean and comfortable . The facilities were excellent , we made use of the gym , pool , sauna & steam room . The restaurant was lovely too , we had the tomohawk steak & lamb for our main courses which were 10/10 . Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back .

Pleasant stay.

Liked: Anna on reception was lovely. Reception area clean and impressive. Facilities good. Enjoyed the pool /spa area. Rooms are huge with a nice view over the golf course. Loved the espa shower gel etc. Good breakfast. Great grounds.
Disliked: One of the male bar staff was very rude. When asking for something politely you do not expect to be told 'i am busy'. No fridge in room. The resturant area was untidy. This area needs a refresh. Breakfast good but needed to restock hot food before everything completely ran out leaving an extensive queue. Robes to use in room would have been helpful to run along to spa.

Liked: Loved everything about this hotel, friendly staff, good dinner and breakfast, great service and the hotel itself was big and spaceous. No skimping on things, plenty of bathroom items, teas and coffees in the room
Disliked: nothing it was all great, would highly recommend.
