It was a nice relaxing...

Liked: Beautiful location and setting
Disliked: The room wasn’t very clean, the back of the bathroom door had spill marks all up it, the shower had black mould and the bath was dirty around the plug, the windows didn’t open and the windowsills were dusty. The chandeliers in main reception were covered in cobwebs. The jacuzzi had green algae on the grouting around it, the steam room was closed on day 1 and the steam room and jacuzzi were closed on day 2 and the pool wasn’t very warm either.

Liked: Clean roomThe pool was open but everything. Else was closed: the jacuzzi and steam room The staff were friendly; well one lovely lady behind the bar-older, white, grey hair but lovely and polite to customers - respectful and kind The men on the other hand were grumpy, especially the Asian chap.The leisure facilities were not pleasant.
Disliked: The Asian men behind the bar were rude and sultry. Not welcoming at all. The white older lady, grey hair was just charming and kind - they need to take a leaf out of her book.

Liked: Our favourite hotel.Visited a few times and we love the Gym etc...
Disliked: We had room service so we had to pay at the door which wouldn't have been a problem had 3 debit cards not get declined through no fault of our own. Apparently this is due to weak broadband. We had 3 amounts all on hold by the Banks,not a big problem as we have funds anyway but shouldn't be like this. This also resulted my dinner getting cold as the whole process took about 7-8 minutes to rectify.
