Perfect hotel for your Canberra...

Liked: Staff are friendly, check-in was swift, rooms so clean and great breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Vibrant, clean and really friendly - great amenities very close by
Disliked: It was all great - just a little bit on the pricey side but it’s a great hotel

OkY but given the premium...

Liked: Apartment was large is somewhat sterile.
Disliked: Being. Charged 4.03 for a bottle of water. Assumed that it was gratis. Wardrobe has the defining feature of a cheap Jack hotel. Coat hangers that cannot be removed, or used by clients. These left a bitter taste and won’t stay there again, very poor value for money

Liked: Well located easy walk to restaurants and supermarketsRoom was well laid out Kitchenette was handy
Disliked: For me the mattress was too firm. There is a restaurant attached (which seems also to do room service) but it is mostly pizza and pasta so not suitable for gluten or dairy intolerant guests If it does cater it's not very clear. There are restaurants in walking distance

Great Hotel with a lovely...

Liked: We stayed one night for our anniversary and when we arrived at the room there was a bottle of Prosecco and nougat with a card for us. We also got upgraded to a much bigger apartment with the genius discount which was awesome!Everything was very clean and spacious and the staff were exceptional. We had dinner and breakfast at Agostini's. The restaurant was busy at dinner but there wasn't too much of wait on the food coming out and the staff were lovely.
Disliked: The only thing that I found was the pillows on the bed needed to be a bit bigger and softer and perhaps a mattress topper on the bed would have been a little more comfortable.
