Liked: Friendly staff on arrival and quick check in, clean comfortable room, amenities provided were as expected.Location was great for our stay, and close to attractions we were visiting.Italian restaurant downstairs is fantastic and also supplies room service breakfast.
Disliked: A selection of soft and hard pillows would have been better

Liked: A couple of the breakfast staff were just so lazy - very poor and slow service.

Liked: Clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved the studio apartment but still a hotel feel. The restaurant downstairs was great and very close to cafes etc. The pub across the road was great too.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The hotel was new and upmarket & the location was good for where we needed to be. It was a nice quiet area. Receptionists were friendly and helpful. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious.
Disliked: The bed was too firm.
