Beautifully appointed, sound proof rooms,...

Liked: Location perfect, on Torrens river, great for walking/running, lovely view to Adelaide hills. Bed very comfortable. Very little outside noise, well appointed room/facilities. Great pool. Really helpful staff. Brilliant block out blinds for sleeping in.
Disliked: Only minor constructive criticism- shower grout could have done with extra clean.

We were extremely disappointed especially...

Liked: Breakfast was not available. No tea bags supplied, 3 only coffee until we eventually got some. Plenty of green tea but we don’t use that.The young barman, a part time uni student, was very helpful. Definitely the best of the staff.
Disliked: The microwave did not work. I had procured a meal from up the street to reheat for my dinner and ended up having to eat it cold. Cold chips are not very nice.We couldn’t make toast or heat up anything for breakfast.There were no staff available in the morning.Our room was not made up for any of the days we were there. The same for our friends in another room who were there a lot longer than we were.We rang and left a an enquiry about parking and also sent an email on the same subject. No reply to either was received. No phone calls were answered at all.The hand basin in the bathroom would not clear. Took about an hour each time it was used.

Liked: Close to city, rooms clean and great reno to suit age of building.
Disliked: I'd move the TV so you could watch in bed and have a more relaxing lounge area.

Exceptional

Liked: The room was one of the best we have stayed in. Comfortable, quiet. Don't be deterred by being above a pub. Great size and comfy bed. Staff were fantastic. Great food and atmosphere downstairs

Disliked: Unfortunately, the music going till late was not something I considered.
