A real clean, laid back...

Liked: Everything, was amazing. The room was perfect. I was feeling the vibe of the room set up.
Disliked: The elevator was delayed. Very slow. No complaints I enjoyed the elevator being slow. It was amazing.

Missing basics

Disliked: Not great hygiene, there were cockroaches in the bathThere was no hot water, the water was lukewarm if that and ran intermittently between that and cold. The staff at front desk was not well informed about the amenities and basics. Asked for coffee pods since the room only had decaf and the FD only responded saying its not possible to deliver pods!! Overall bad experience, would not recommend unless everywhere else near by is sold out

Disliked: Very noisy rooms, hall doors slammed loudly and woke me up many times.

Liked: Food in the restaurant was good. Concierge at check in was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: No towels. Room feels old and tired. Staff at check out really angered me. I had an appointment after check out and they offered to hold my bag behind the front desk. When I returned, the lobby was open, but no one at the front desk for at least 10-15 minutes. I walked around looking for someone and found my bag, WITH MY COMPUTER IN IT, in the public stairwell, unlocked. Thankfully, nothing was stolen, but shortly after the desk person showed up and I told him how uncool it was to leave my bag exposed like that. He just laughed a little, and it seemed like he couldn't have cared less. Losing my bag, or computer, would have been tragic for me.
