Liked: they were very accommodating to us and my service dog the handicap facility in the bathroom was absolutely fantastic the bed was a little high so if you are having to transfer from a wheelchair that is going to be difficult but the bed was quite comfortable.
Disliked: just the height of the bed is a bit high for a disabled person who is dependent on a wheelchair and manual transfer.

It was the most horrible...

Liked: The physical appearance of Eagles Nest from a outside standpoint was very nice. However, the inside of the hotel was very damaged & unkempt. The hallway walls had holes in them, the carpet in our room was very filthy. In addition, bathroom vents were rusted and made an awful loud noise when turned on. It said "no smoking" However the room had a stitch that smelled like smoke & mildew. Lastly, the manager on duty in the morning was very rude and unaccomodating. We'd asked for a late checkout the previous night, and she started calling our room at 10:30, telling us that they were booked for the college football game and we needed to vacate the premises ASAP! We will not book this hotel ever again.
