Disliked: I cancelled the original single room booking as I could not amend the room numbers because this function is not available on the web. I then made a new booking for two rooms, each room was at a lower rate than the original despite being the same class. On arrival, the guy at checkin said I had alraedy paid for one room, (the original cancelled booking) and charged me the lower rate for the second room. A cancelled booking within the rules should have my original payment refunded, not moved to another subsequent booking. I ended up paying more for the second booking of one room than the published booking.com rate. Sorry guys, this is fraud!
