Liked: Friendly ownership. Location was close to but quiet from downtown Manitou Springs. It's a modest place. No need to pack pompousness for this stay. There was a simple breakfast each morning. The rooms are clean. My wife said so. Otherwise, I wouldn't know. For me, the bed was a little hard. My wife and son didn't mind a bit. It's a great value. We'll be back!

Liked: What a great room and location. The check-in process was simple. The owner had every resdy for our arrival. The room was in great condition. I love nice motels. So conveniently parking in front of your door.

Liked: I have stayed here before. The rooms are immaculately clean. Hot water comes out the tap. The heat and tv works. What more do you want. Mattresses are comfortable but not luxurious. Good, basic place to stay. Location is also convenient to downtown Manitou Springs
