Good Price.

Liked: Clean Room. Great Location. Very quiet Location. Shower decent size and lots of hot water. Heater in Room worked well (during very cold weather). Mini Fridge, microwave and TV all worked. Good price.
Disliked: The bed was too firm and very uncomfortable. Only 1 chair in this small room and it wasn't comfortable either. Room was very small and needed some updating. Bathroom didn't have heater.

Liked: Quaint, simple room ,but very clean. The manager was very accommodating with our late arrival. His advice to eat prior to arriving in Rockport at night was helpful.
Disliked: Bathroom was very small.

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: The only positive aspect was the location. The office was closed when I checked in and out at the expected hours. It was a hassle to get into my room. I had to call the Manager to learn where the key was hidden (which involved my going up and down stairs several times). As an older woman traveling alone, I didn't appreciate that there was a note placed where anyone could see, which included my name, room number and the fact that my room was unlocked. The room didn't look like the photo, was unattractive and small with nothing on the walls. There were no drawers, not enough hangers, no coffee maker, very thin toilet paper, etc. It was tacky, not quaint as I had expected.

We didn't stay long but...

Liked: No breakfast served. Did not really need to check in as notes were left on the door with a key in our room. We had a number to call if anything was needed. The bathroom was cold but the room heated up a bit once we contacted staff to turn it up. The room was really clean. The sink was in the main room . No tub but a shower if needed. Also had a fridge for leftovers from the restaurant. It was really convenient to the venue nearby for the concert we attended.
Disliked: The temps outside were frigid. Had the heat turned up to 76 to be comfortable as the bed nearest the vents was fine but he one near the door was drafty. I'm sure if we had come in the summer, it would have been lovely. We just happy to find a motel open this time of year as many of the places and restaurants in Bearskin Neck have closed for the season.

Liked: Room was large with two double beds. Looked recently refurbished. Small bathroom.
Disliked: Unfortunately, we were there on the coldest day of the year with Galeforce wins. Door really needed to be weatherstripped because breeze was getting in. Brand new heat pump heated the room up very quickly though.
