Liked: Nice lobby; friendly staff; quiet (when we stayed) and bathrooms clean.
Disliked: 1. Beds uncomfortable 2. Carpets dirty 3. Paint color (inside and out) very unappealing.

Disliked: There was no one at the desk. You had to call someone to get a code to get in and checkout. This first impression was terrible. The climate (heater) register didn't work. It kept clunking all night. If you kicked it, it would stop for a while and than start up. There was no cover on the wall control panel or the floor unit. These units need to be fixed . I was very disappointed in these two things. If the hotel is trying to save money, by not having someone at the front desk and fixing heater units, they will be losing customers. I haven't received a receipt for my stay yet, and it was three weeks ago.

Liked: Very comfortable, large room! Doors out to the roof with a balcony was very cool! Cushiest carpet ever, please no shoes as stated. Bring your slippers, it’s Alaska! Super large tv! We were very happy with the room and also great breakfast at the restaurant downstairs. (Not free)

Liked: The room was very clean , the bed comfortable . The coffee in the room was the best coffee we have had on our travels . Food in restaurant was very good
Disliked: I would prefer a real receptionist , but understand they may be keeping costs down .
