Lovely place, great food...but...

Liked: Everything was lovely - clean, atmosphere, staff, food was excellent. However, we had no/broken sleep due to an incessant boiler/extractor fan noise - it really ruined our start in the Little Owl room. Therefore, the entire experience was tainted. I'm unsure if any other reviews reflect this concern, but it requires remedial action because it really ruined our stay and will do for others.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was good. I enjoyed the Saturday breakfast. Room was very comfortable.
Disliked: Can't think of anything

Liked: The staff were all friendly and helpful.The breakfast was excellent with a lovely view across the valley too.
Disliked: The ripped carpet on the bedroom floor and only one packet of complimentary crisps, I won't share my crisps!
