Good Hotel for family stay...

Liked: - friendly staff at reception quite, professional - early check-in - location almost in center- clean room & comfortable - big shower room- have wardrobe , water boiler
Disliked: - Elvator cleaning, some drop pear on floor ,not cleaned for whole day-

Liked: The location was very good, near from the city center. The room was clean and the bathroom very spacious.
Disliked: Water in the shower was NOT hot. It was warm, but if you wanted to take a hot shower (it was still pretty cold outside) it was just not enough and it was simply not nice. The lady from the reception gave us a discount of 7 euros, deducted from the dog fee ( dog fee per night was 17 eur and we paid just 10 eur) because of it. Maybe for some people warm and not hot water in the shower is fine, but not for me. Also, there was nothing inside of the room to make a cup of coffee or tea, no mini bar, nothing. Not sure if that's a 4 stars standard but maybe I'm wrong.

Liked: It is a really clean facility close to the city center. You can walk everywhere. Also, the breakfast is sufficient. By the way, we thank Rashid very much. He helped us a lot.

Disliked: No Reception counter service after 7.0 PM!

Liked: Very comfy room
Disliked: There was a group of young people crowding the entrance on the first day which I didn't think to expect. Just maybe to be aware it is normal to accommodate large groups of kids here.

Very nice location and comfortable...

Liked: It is very close to the main train station and city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast included very nice coffee and lots of fresh fruits and yogurt.
Disliked: If the lighting was a little bit brighter, it would have been better.
