Liked: The location of the hotel is close to the bus station and some touristic attractions.
Disliked: The cleaning service was poor in the hotel , the facilities in the hotel & variety of food during breakfast were very poor .

Disliked: VERY cold room. The staff at reception said it was centrally governed and he could do nothing so I spent the 2 night under 2 duvets with my fleece coat on.

Liked: Right in the town centre, easy access. Fridge, kitchenette.
Disliked: TV didn't get any signal most of the time. During my four days stay TV worked only one evening. Otherwise frozen screen or no signal at all. It was annoying.

Disliked: I could not control microclimate of the room - controller was not working properly; I could not close the window - handle was missing.

Liked: Breakfast was really good and a huge selection. Room was good - but had not been properly cleaned - and previous guests food in the fridge. I asked for an iron and iron boarding 3 times before they arrived. Great location - easy walking distance to the main train station, and old town, and felt very safe walking back to the hotel late at night alone due to the shops, bars etc all open very late.
Disliked: Swimming pool was 'closed for maintenance' the 4 days i was there. Was given no warning or email . This was one of the main reasons I booked. Staff just said 'swimming pool is connected to next door, so we didnt know until last week and its out of our control. My reply (and other customers also checking in ) said how disappointed we were - and it would have been nice to get some advance notice - a simple email would have done. Staff reply - we are too busy to do that kind of thing?!
