Liked: The hotel is standard, but the staff was exceptional. Ruslan, sitting at the reception desk, was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Convenient location

Liked: The location was central. Walking distance from main tourist attractions and public transport
Disliked: The AC in the room was not working properly, We went in Oct, so it was not too warm. Didn't bother us much.

Liked: Breakfast is very good. Location is good. Bed is prepared every day. Bed is comfortable. Shower is good.
Disliked: For week stay there were dusty bed tables near bed, would be nice to have it cleaned once a couple days. Unpleasant payment surprise. On booking it says in euros and show conversion to other currency (e.g. usd or czk). But payment was in czk and it was bigger amount (about + 5%). I suggest to change original payment on booking to correct currency (czk) to eliminate confusion.
