Liked: Perfect location, clean rooms, comfy beds, smooth communication with check-in/check-out. Greet for the value.
Disliked: I hope the heaters in the bedroom can be set by WiFi so the hotel staff can heat up the rooms before guests' arrival. It took me 2-3 hours to heat the room from 50F to 69F.Another thing is about the wall outlet - one of them is behind the bed so we had to move the bed to reach the outlet - the guests on the lower level could have been annoyed by the noise of moving bed.
