First time staying at this hotel and LOVED it! The employees were all very nice and helpful. The room was awesome and comfortable.

My husband and I watched the Eddie Griffin stand up at the Nokia theater. The hotel was very convenient because we didn't even have to drive. We just walked across. Hotel was very clean.

Disliked: Everything was good. Swiping the hotel cards was a bit tricky for someone like me who is used to just tapping a hotel card. My suggestion is to have the front desk explain this to guests like me who had trouble at first.
