Liked: The location. Decor. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Disliked: Only issue was the layout of getting to our room, we had to go through lots of corridors and it was a little confusing. But it’s an old building and things to be expected.

Liked: Everything is super high quality - service, food, staff, rooms etc
Disliked: There wasn’t a huge amount of local restaurants without jumping in a taxi

Disliked: The noise from the pubs terrace till early in the morning while trying to sleep

Liked: The attention to detail from start to finish. Staff are so helpful and friendly. They cannot do enough for their residents. My third trip to the Dylan with friends. Its the ultimate girlie getaway.
Disliked: This hotel really has no faults

Too quick unfortunately!

Liked: Our room was on the ground. It was beautiful but I had imagined it would be a little bigger. The price did not include breakfast which I missed on the booking. I had expected breakfast for the price I was paying. Location was perfect.
Disliked: I felt for the price the mini bar could have had minerals and snacks as complimentary. The room while fabulous just felt a little tucked away and there was noise outside the window. Beds were superb. The reception was also top class.
