Liked: Beautiful chic hotel - the room was spacious, the bed was so comfortable. Loved the breakfast and the staff were very attentive.

Liked: Hotel is lovely, even when busy it doesn't feel too crowded.Staff are excellent, pleasure to deal with.Location is excellent, just a short walk from the centre and good bus routes.Rooms are lovely, well laid out and comfortable bed.Bar is a great spot for meeting family and friends.This is my second time spending Christmas (stayed for 9 nights as added on 2 more to original booking) at the Dylan and hopefully it won't be the last.
Disliked: Aircon or some fan noise (not from my room) was going most of night each night but after a couple of nights it became like white noise and ear plugs helped. I would only consider this a small negative as noises can't always be prevented.
