Excellent location, beautiful park within...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, tasty and generous. The staff each day was helpful and prompt. The front desk was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions, a copy of a map of Madrid and information about the nearby metro station. It is a beautiful walk down Calle Alcalá to the center of town.

Never again.

Liked: Worst hotel where I have been in Spain.
Disliked: Everything, the air conditioner didn't work, the window broken. The beds are cheap and uncomfortable. My advice stay away

Liked: The Hotel is nice and clean and the breakfast was OK. It's right beside to the metro station which takes you directly to the center of the city and also near to the airport. The beds are comfortable, the neighborhood is quite and the stuff is very friendly and polite.
