Liked: Online check-in was much appreciated, it saved a lot of time on arrival. The room was clean and there was water in the fridge. Breakfast is adequate with the option to order hot food - eggs many ways (included in the price of the stay), and fresh fruit for breakfast every day. It is a short walk to the metro and bus stop, about 30 minutes to the center. There is a very nice park nearby.
Disliked: The bar is open until 3 p.m. on weekends, so if you want to enjoy the evening or late afternoon with beer or wine, you have to go outside or buy something in the supermarket and have a nice evening in the room BUT be aware there are missing glasses.

Liked: Hotel was close to metro station but far from coty center and there was a park close to hotel. I went that park for morning walks🙂. Hotel was clean and employees were helpful.

Excellent location, beautiful park within...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent, tasty and generous. The staff each day was helpful and prompt. The front desk was quick to answer questions and offer suggestions, a copy of a map of Madrid and information about the nearby metro station. It is a beautiful walk down Calle Alcalá to the center of town.
