Comfortable, great location next to...

Liked: Bed was super comfortable, the 24/7 water, juice, and coffee was ana amazing feature to have. Staff were super nice and after noticing our bags they offered us a cheap upgrade to a larger room, which was perfect.
Disliked: Was on the ground floor and had a back patio attached to the room, but we weren’t allowed to use it.

Liked: Quality / price 👌 and location if you are trying to stay relatively close to downtown but want to avoid the crazy tourists and noisy areas of the city.
Disliked: There's nothing to add here. We enjoyed it.

Very Good facilities, short walk...

Liked: Room was quiet and clean, Shower was large and good.Residential location near public park was lovely.Local high street with access to cafes/restuarants/supermarket within a short walk.
Disliked: Main room only had space for the bed, only one bedside "table" and a few shelves, so you had to sit on the bed and use the bed as a "work surface" to access suitcase contents etc, was a bit small for a 4 day stay.I was ok with the digital key on my phone, but I can imagine some folks will find that a bit difficult.Breakfast is a "standard continental" - was OK - nothing special. We ate out after the first day. Serveral local options.

Very small room but good...

Liked: The location is perfect, just off vondelpark in a lovely residential area. It was less than a 5 min walk to the tram stop and supermarket. The staff were helpful and facilities were good. Free teas and coffees are available 24/7 and bikes can be hired from reception.
Disliked: The room was absolutely tiny, which we know is standard for Amsterdam but it felt really small and dark. The rooms were well decorated but dirty and we did not receive any housekeeping throughout our stay. Fresh towels and a hoover would have really helped.
