Liked: The room was modern and bathroom sleek. I liked the fridge in the room which was so helpful for water and food. The staff were helpful. The Spar shop across the road was a lifesaver with all the kinds of foods and drinks you need for a short stay - it even has HALAL foods like pizzas, pastas, sandwiches and pastries.
Disliked: The parking for customers is very expensive and the hotel is very far from the city centre - we booked very last minute so this was on us for not doing enough research, though it was easy to get Ubers. I asked for house cleaning 2x which seemed very rushed, especially the second time - the beds looked like the duvet had just been thrown on. Rubbish was not taken, floors not hoovered and loo roll not replaced. Awful room cleaning. The shower pressure was also low. Reception staff should also make more of an effort to inform guests if delivery food has arrived.

Liked: Sparkling clean, relatively new room with really comfortable bed. Staff were great. We also received a drinks voucher for my birthday
Disliked: Accommodation is located quite far from the city centre. Apart from that is great and would absolutely recommend a visit
