Disliked: A dirty, old and inconvenient cot was provided without a mattress , and I was charged 175 pounds for it. Brand new updated cots cost 110 pounds !! Rooms are dusty and the food isn’t worth the price !

Liked: The location is excellent. The lounge rooms on the ground floor are very convenient and cozy to meet friends and have a cup of tea. The staff is friendly. The shower and towels were good.
Disliked: The room was small and felt old, in great need of a refurbish. Old and stainned carpet and upholstery, etc. staying for one night it was ok.
