Decent bed clean quiet with...

Liked: Decent room, clean appreciate the decent food at 9pm from the restaurant, friendly motivated staff Hotel itself hasn’t been renovated for a while but it is decent value for money

Disliked: No blind/curtain in bathroom so very bright. Room was at a slant & the bunkbed wasnt placed very well.No good channels on tv or option for your own hdmi or firestick etc..Futon bed was broke and very uncomfortable

I would not stay here...

Liked: The carpet was stained throughout the room, so i couldn’t allow the baby to crawl on the floor. Cups were dirty in the room. There was a massive spider under the bed covers. We did late check in but the maids opened the door (without knocking)5mins before we were due to check out. There’s rust all over the radiators in the bathroom. There is also no toilet brush to clean the toilet. Considering this was 4 star i was not impressed.

Disappointing

Liked: Room size was good and surprisingly quite
Disliked: Facilities were dirty. On arrival I used the gents loo just off the Hotel bar are and it was shocking. My wife said the same about the ladies loo. General upkeep is non-existent. We planned to use the hotel pool but we were put off immediately so never ventured down there.

Loved it

Liked: Excellent beds, friendly and helpful staff, great stay for our twins birthday. Breakfast is a must!
