Bearable for a1 night stay...

Liked: Location
Disliked: Paid for a superior room,arrived to a family room with bunk beds,was told what we had paid for was unavailable,we asked to be moved to a suitable room-due to my husbands mobility issues after having an operation(the room had a bath instead of walk in shower) was given another room with a shower but a bed much smaller than we’d paid for..

I would recommend any one

Liked: Just the location
Disliked: Didn't like how the cleaning manager spoke to there staff in front of customer. The cleanliness of the hotel wasn't up to standard. There was no heating in our room on arrival. Tv wasn't working.

Disappointing

Liked: Pool was ok but very small
Disliked: Only have 2 teabags in room and 2 milk also had to wash cup before use bath was terrible took 20 mins to feel as tap was slow

charming old hotel with flair,...

Liked: Cozy and quite spacious room with a French double bed (a bit narrow). The hotel has charm, but is already a bit old. It has a very good location. The beach or the center of Bournemouth are in walking distance. Dogs are welcome for an additional charge. There is a separate breakfast room where you can have breakfast with your dog.
Disliked: Bathroom wasn't always cleaned well. Sometimes towels were missing after cleaning. There is a parking space near the hotel for a fee, but even if you have paid, you cannot be guaranteed a parking space. The breakfast offering was not large.
