Liked: Appreciated that we were able to park our car in the garage prior to check-in. That was a bonus. Breakfast was excellent. Location was right next to the castle wall.

Exceptional hotel in best location...

Liked: Exceptional hotel in best location of old town Nuremberg. Hotel has underground parking which is exceptionally good for this part of town. Hotel is also pet friendly. Great breakfast! Super friendly, courteous and professional staff help to make the stay in this stay truly exceptional. Thank you to all staff of this hotel!

A lovely little hotel with...

Liked: Cute cozy room, in a nice part of town, very nice reception staff, good value, awesome breakfast buffet
Disliked: The cleaning staff were quite pushy. I only stayed one night and the morning of my checkout the worker just walked into my room without knocking. Then returned a second time about an hour later when I asked them to come back later. Then returned a third time about 20 minutes later. I was trying to get packed up and ready and was worried they would barge in on me again. I guess I should have put the do not disturb sign up right away but it still was very pushy and maybe cleaning could be coordinated better, after checkout time unless a guest requests cleaning?
