A quality 5 Star Hotel...

Liked: The location (in the Gothic Quarter) and close to the port.The quality of the facilities.The friendliness and efficiency of the staff.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful with suggestions regarding places to go and visit.Prompt service for plumbing repair.
Disliked: We suggest special offers for you to fill your restaurant! Perhaps you could have a REASONABLY priced menu In a location for all to see?! Us older ones don't wish to be playing with bar code Apps!! We just want to walk into a place, sit down and order our meal eat and enjoy!Also bathroom floor had Long black hairs on the floor! Not ours, i have no hair and my wife has short white hair. Last of all the slippers and bath robes could only fit a child!!!

Great location for a short...

Liked: Great location, walking distance to the city and the beach (barceloneta beach). The room was spacious. The staff was amiable and gave us tips for a couple of family-friendly restaurants, which are also within walking distance.
Disliked: Nothing.

Fantastic location and beautiful building...

Liked: Breakfast was not included so we only got it once, delighted to see that Cava was included. Plenty of fruit and pastry options and different styles of eggs.Staff were excellent especially Enrico at the front desk who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Coffee at breakfast was nespresso which is not my favourite. Wifi was sometimes spotty too.

Liked: We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location was very good. We didn't originally book breakfast, but had breakfast on the last day.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like.
