Liked: We recently stayed at this charming family-owned B&B, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, Bryan and Fiona made us feel like part of their family. Their genuine warmth and hospitality created an atmosphere that made us feel right at home.Every morning, we were treated to a delightful breakfast featuring locally sourced, fresh ingredients—hands down some of the best meals we've ever had. The attention to detail and the care they put into everything truly set this place apart. The rooms were cozy, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing stay.If you're looking for a welcoming, home-away-from-home experience, look no further. Liked: Hosts Brian and Fiona were wonderful. Breakfast was next level fantastic. Enjoyed chatting with them and their advice also. Could have stayed longer. The room was beautifully made up, and everything was top quality.

Liked: This beautiful home belongs to a lovely and interesting couple. Delicious breakfasts! And they are both willing to help in any way. We foolishly did not make reservations in time for recommended restaurants, so get their advice when you arrive, or before! The bus system worked well for us in Dundee.

Liked: Outstanding stay. Close to main centre of Dundee, breakfast was incredible for choice and delicious. Hosts were extremely welcoming and assisted wherever required.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: The breakfast was SO good with home made items and plenty of variety. The hosts were really lovely...nothing was too much trouble. Would return in a heartbeat and recommend.

If we travel back to...

Liked: Dupplin152 had one of the highest rating on Booking.com we had seen, so we thought we would see why. The room was beautifully appointed. On arrival one host gave us an orientation while the other lugged our overweight bag to our room, which we greatly appreciated. As for the breakfast, the chef prepared selections that were the best we had during our 3 week vacation. Thank you
Disliked: There wasn't anything we didn't like. Initially we thought the location was a little confusing to find, but turns out it was convenient to restaurants for other meals.
