Overall a good stay!
Liked: Almost everything.
Disliked: We stayed in a cold period, so the room temperature was a bit below of our usual; the hotel is in a good location, but you might need a car to get into the central part of the city (and a private parking is provided at the hotel, though not for free).

One word - immaculate
Liked: The staff was very welcoming and kind, no question went unanswered and professionalism was above and beyond reproach. Fully intend to stay again in the near future, thank you to the entire staff for their professionalism, effort, and kindness. Will absolutely recommend to all colleagues and friends as the GO-TO LOCATION for Torino.
Disliked: Cant complain

great structure, unprofessional staff and...
Liked: The building and apartment were truly impressive, providing a comfortable and well-equipped environment. While everything necessary for the stay was available, a few additional items could further enhance the overall experience. The cleanliness of the units was exceptional, with meticulous attention to sanitation, particularly evident in the careful packaging of kitchenware such as forks and knives, which was greatly appreciated.
Disliked: Upon our arrival, we discovered that the shower was not functioning. We promptly contacted the technician, who communicated with the reception and informed us that the issue was due to a drainage problem. Unfortunately, we were told it could not be resolved until the following day, as it was already late (around 5 PM). When I approached the reception desk, the staff member initially suggested we wait until the next day rather than immediately offering an alternative solution. I had to insist on being provided another room, emphasizing that we expected a comfortable stay as paying guests. Eventually, we were offered a different room. However, instead of providing assistance or coming to us to collect the keys (despite two staff members being present), I was asked to return the keys to the reception after moving rooms, with no support offered during the transition. At the reception, there are coffee machines available where staff prepare beverages for guests. However, there is no clear signage or indication that these are chargeable. As a result, we were unexpectedly billed for the coffee we consumed at the reception, which felt misleading. On top of this, there is signage in the room advertising ice creams available at the reception. However, there is no mention of any charge or pricing. We assumed this was a complimentary service, so we took two ice creams. At the end of our stay, we were surprised to find ourselves charged for them, adding to the overall feeling of miscommunication and lack of transparency. The most concerning and unprofessional aspect of our stay occurred after our departure. My wife noticed that the structure’s social media began visiting her personal profiles. This invasive behavior is highly inappropriate and raises significant questions about guest privacy. I am unaware of any respectable establishment where it is deemed acceptable to search for and engage with guests’ personal information or social media accounts.

Liked: Super spacious room, awesome bathtub, my only complaint goes toward breakfast: the scrambled eggs were straightforward bad and there were almost no vegetables available. Otherwise perfect :)
