Great spa visit

Liked: Beautiful setting & decor. Good food. Spa treatments were disrupted by staff sickness but the remaining staff were great & l can highly recommend the Hot Stone Massage.
Disliked: Lift/Floor level signage - the lifts were a little slow but that’s to be expected in an old building. However - when you’re on level 1 (according to the lift) but it says 2 on the wall it gets a bit confusing. Some additional signage in the lifts would help enormously.

Liked: The location was excellent for our visit as we were going to the Theatre in Norwich.We had an evening meal in the Garden Room and the service we received from Alice was excellent, showing a very high level of customer service, it was a pleasure to experience this.
Disliked: Would have preferred waiter service for breakfast to enhance our stay.
