Over night delight

Liked: Friendly and welcoming staff. The place feels like home each time you come back it's like you never left.
Disliked: The hotel was exceptional and staff were helpful thoughtful and nothing was too much troubleThis Hotel had nothing that I could say I didn't like.

Liked: the room was beautifully clean and presented. the staff were polite, welcoming and helpful.
Disliked: coffee bags in room - does not make a great coffeecoffee at breakfast - tasted like water and overall not great.bad smell of body odour lingering in hallways where rooms were on ground floor, however, when notified, staff made sure to address the issue, maybe some plug in air fresheners would help !

Liked: Lovely hotel with spacious bedroom which seemed to be recently refurbished. Evening meal was very good with extensive menu. Attended a conference on the Saturday and again the meal was excellent. Plenty of seating in the foyer area.
Disliked: Only downside was that the cooked breakfast at the weekend didn’t start until 8:00pm which meant a bit of a rush before the conference started but wouldn’t normally be a problem if staying to visit the area.

Liked: Stayed in past so knew what to expect. Food excellent. Room spacious, well decorated and clean
Disliked: nothing to complain about
