Liked: Lovely large room recently decorated and huge bedStaff were really lovely and helpful
Disliked: Nothing really. Nice bar food and bar.Convenient for Astor Theatre and shops

Disliked: The bathroom needs a handle on the wall to help getting in to the bath to take a shower.

Liked: Staff are amazing, breakfast was lovely, good location for the town itself
Disliked: Room 16 should not be guest room. Noisy, right over the kitchen area, view of rubbish in the backyard and other dumped stuff, rained and there was a constant drip onto something metal below window. This review will not let me upload videos :(

Warm, welcoming and comfortable

Liked: Delicious breakfast. Excellent Dover Sole in- though very pricey.Great location - very friendly and helpful staff!
Disliked: At 78 and with arthritic knees I found the Bosun Room 8 at the top of the building a little hard to access!

Liked: Breakfast was fabulous, staff were fantastic, carried our suitcase up to our room as I have just developed a hernia
Disliked: beds were a bit hard for our, O.A.P. bones, shower control not working, flow goes hot to cold every10 seconds, handsetoff the main shower not working
