Liked: Basic accommodation reflected in price. Comfortable and clean. Attached to a nice little pub and good restaurant. Staff really good.

A comfortable and well-run traditional...

Liked: The full English breakfast was excellent.Rooms were good and comfortable.Location is excellent.Staff were friendly and helpful.Nice bar area overlooking the sea.
Disliked: One of the rooms was not initially what we had requested but the staff were very helpful and able to move us to a better room FoC.Stairs to access some rooms are a little narrow, but that is the nature of the buildingA minor point but porridge was not available at breakfast.

A gem of a hotel...

Liked: Location excellent, staff were friendly, helpful and efficient
Disliked: I cannot fault the hotel or staff, the parking was our only issue, we had to move the car around due to 3 hour restrictions, this is nothing to do with the hotel but it’s worth thinking about where to park beforehand

Deal is a lovely town...

Liked: Breakfast couldn't be faulted. Staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Liked: Lovely hotel with an excellent restaurant. Evening meals and breakfast were very good. The staff are really helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. Will definitely be returning.

Not as good as last...

Liked: We stayed a few years ago and it was fantastic, this time was a bit disappointing, our room was a bit run down and tired. The fish and chips were excellent. Breakfast was good on the first Morning, but not so good on the second Morning. The staff were friendly.

Couldn't have been better

Liked: breakfast was included and individually cooked and served. Excellent. Location on the sea front was lovely. Staff were all charming. Room was very comfortable with a good bathroom. Will go again.
