Liked: Absolutely brilliant as usual, I have stayed here on a few occasions. The staff are very helpful, I had an issue accessing the property and called Kerry, and she attended the site within minutes. Self check in is smooth and easy. The only issue is that the bar isn't open on weekdays, but that is due to lack of punters this time of year. The breakfast is excellent, I had full English and would highly recommend it. The surroundings are beautiful and for the same price as a one night stay in a premier inn in hull city centre you can not go wrong.

Nice room, nice breakfast.

Liked: The room was very nice. So was the breakfast. The hotel is not staffed during the day so there were only instructions about how to enter the hotel and collect the room key. These were fine, but the result was that the stay was no more than a room plus breakfast.
Disliked: The main problem with the hotel is where to eat at night. The hotel rarely serves evening food (occasional Saturdays only). There is only a take-away in Patrington for the first half of the week, so one has to drive to eat. It would have been useful to have had an up-to-date list of where is open (Tripadvisor was totally inaccurate about which places In the district served food on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. And no one in the local pub could tell us – and that stopped serving drinks at 7.30!) Perhaps the Dunedin staff could leave a list of possible eating places for guests.

Liked: We were walking the GMT, so needed to stay in Patrington, the Dunedin was the only accomodation available. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: Felt that they were charging a premium price for a basic service, although the room was nice, clean & well decorated, the fact there was no human welcome on arrival felt a little 'off'.

A truly luxurious and delightful...

Liked: Such a wonderful location, and an amazing property. Rooms are themed and are beautifully decorated. We stayed here on two occasions and experienced the "Silver" and "Stables" rooms. Both are exceptionally comfortable and spacious. Breakfast is included and can be customized via order form each night. There's a great selection of food. The staff are all so amazing too and really made us feel welcomed and at home.
