A lovely hotel

Liked: A beautiful room. Lovely touches of champagne and Christmas nibbles on arrival. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spotlessly clean. An ideal location. Compliments to the breakfast staff who were very welcoming and attentive.
Disliked: I did not understand as a resident why you had to make a reservation for the hotel bar. It is obviously very popular with non-residents but was a little overcrowded and felt like I was practically sitting on top of the next table.
