Disliked: We’ve been here at least 12 times, I booked a small double room as always, and was told on arrival this room has the bed against the wall, we had to pay £40 extra to have a bed away from the wall, the parking had always been free, now this cost £60 for our stay, neither of these extra charges were mentioned in any e-mails sent by the hotel. The original cost of our stay was increased by £100. The breakfast is now back to buffet service, which we don’t have a problem with but the food was cold. Very disappointing stay. If we’d been told of the extra charges, fair enough, but breakfast was dreadful.

King's Lynn's little gem

Liked: Great location looks amazing we had a very enjoyable weekend and would definitely be back
Disliked: Some bits of the room need attention due to needing a refresh but honestly it's still a great place to stay

Extremely dissappointing

Liked: Have been a regular visitor to Dukes Head Hotel, it is located in the centre of town with all amenities close by.
Disliked: Stayed in room 112, the TV was not working and so reset the channels, after coming back to the room later however we had the same issue and the channels would not reset. The next morning after one of our party got a shower the floor was flooded as the drainage was not working well, so none of the rest of us was able to get a shower.Made a complaint to reception staff who was not helpful in the slightest, was assured that a manager would call me back, however this has not happened and we have not heard a peep from them.Massively disappointed as we have been regular visitors for about 25 years.
