just what they wanted

Liked: It was my daughter and her friend from Australia who stayed when they visited me for a couple of days.
Disliked: they informed me it was just what my granddaughter had told them it was like when she visited me recently so there was nothing to dislike.

Liked: Good location, Room was okay, Some staff were friendly and helpful
Disliked: We went to dinner at 6pm as we were going to a show at 7.30. We informed the staff of this and we were told that we would receive our food in plenty of time even though there was only one chef working in the kitchen. As we were the only 4 people in the restaurant we were confident our food would arrive promptly, however 45 minutes later we were still waiting, it finally came out at 19.10. The fish had been over cooked and the crust on the pie was so hard you could not cut in to it, therefore we had to send the food back and left feeling hungry and angry. We had breakfast booked for the following morning, our thoughts were that surely after the previous nights fiasco, surely the food would improve, how wrong we were. The bacon was tough, sausages burnt, mushrooms & baked beans dry and the poached eggs hard. We were truely disappointed with the hotel and would definitely not stay there again.
