Liked: What a lovely place, staff were so friendly and very professional. A great place to stay. Facilities were lovely and food was great. Very impressed by the choice at breakfast and the service was great.

Liked: The position it's on the lake side. Breakfast was good and the room was clean.
Disliked: parking for staying guests would be helpful. No inside lounge area if the weather is bad.

Liked: Last minute booking for some chill time away. The hotel was amazing very clean and the staff were amazing. We stayed in room 5 which was lovely and had a lovely little garden and access to walk around to the seating at the loch( although if someone was in that room I wouldn’t have felt comfortable walking around to use the seating) . The room was sparkling never stayed in a hotel where the room was so clean even 4/5 star hotels in the uk. I couldn’t fault anything at this hotels enjoyed the food and drinks in the restaurant , breakfast was great too, the gentleman that was there as staff was lovely. I can’t wait to book to come back.

Uncomfortable beds

Liked: Location and restaurant were lovely, staff were very friendly
Disliked: The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in and would debate if it was even a double, the pillows were like bricks and I would of thought a hotel of this standard would have decent beds
