Outstanding experience!

Liked: We loved every minute of our stay, the hotel is so beautiful, very clean and well maintained!The staff are really welcoming and very accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing

One person spoiled what was...

Liked: The castle was spectacular both inside & out . The food was excellent & the staff amazing
Disliked: One member of the dining room staff (the tall older man was condescending to other staff in front of guests & he made several mistakes with orders then blamed other staff, he also made us feel rushed when ordering ) . Everything else was wonderful

Luxury at its best

Liked: This was our first stay at a castle and it didn’t disappoint. We had a small dinner in the lovely drawing room and were transported back 200 years!

Marvelous!

Liked: Everything is what you would expect at a highly rated resort. The interior is wonderfully decorated and the staff is very friendly.
Disliked: Honestly can't think of anything. Service slows a little when things get busy, but this is true anywhere.
