A magical property with attentention...

Liked: The whole Castle experience was amazing . The staff looked after absolutely everything we needed with professionalism and ease . The room was stunning and the grounds outstanding .

Exceptional

Liked: From checking in to checking out, this was a memorable experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. A stay we will never forget.

Beautiful property and setting with...

Liked: Gorgeous setting. Service impeccable.
Disliked: The decor could use some upgrade in some places. Noticed some chipping paint on the ceilings.

Magical experience! Very happy we...

Liked: Magical experience! Room was very well appointed and quite a bit more up to date than I would have expected. Castle itself and the grounds are superb.
Disliked: I expected it to be very expensive and it was but sometimes it was a bit excessive. For instance I paid $40 for a single drink at the bar

Liked: This is a stunning hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. All the facilities were exceptionally good.
Disliked: Nothing. Everything was perfect.
