Terrible place. The attendant was mean from the get go like I owed him something. The room was so bad that although I paid for two nights I instead stayed only one and rented another room at the Holiday Inn which was nearby. Although this place was much cheaper it's not even worth $20 for a night. There was nothing right about this place except the AC.

Disliked: Mean attendant; room odor; no iron; blow dryer didn't work; dingy.

Serviceable and nothing fancy

Liked: We needed a place in Chestertown just for a quick overnight stay -- it met all our needs. We did not need anything luxurious, just serviceable. The front desk clerk (I assumed owner) was very accommodating and helpful. We will stay there again next month for the same reasons.
Disliked: The place is like a time capsule to the days of the roadside motels. Could use an update, but for what we needed, it ht the mark.
