Superb

Liked: The front desk receptionist was accommodating and over all just seemed like a really nice guy! Our room was clean and a good price. It was a great location to bike around the city and boardwalk :)

Perfect Stay, Location & Staff

Liked: The person at the counter was nice and friendly. We had a good chat. He even gave us a free upgrade!The hotel is within walking distance to the Boardwalk, the beach, and to the wharf. There are liquor stores and coffee shops within walking distance, too.
Disliked: I can't think of anything I didn't like.

Disappointing

Liked: Great proximity to the boardwalk, updated bathroom and kitchen area with microwave.
Disliked: In the kitchen area there was a second entry door that led to joint back patio for the whole building, the deadbolt for the back door did NOT lock. Next to the door was a window that also did NOT shut/lock all the way there was an old dowel in place to hopefully prevent it from being opened. It felt shady and I not feel safe staying here because of it.

Good price, responsive management.

Liked: Staff friendly and responsive. Changed room to accommodate us. Price was relatively good.
Disliked: One room smelled funny. Manager cited cleaning product odor, which i believed. He switched our room to one that smelled fine. On a previous night, we had had to choose between a noisy heater and being cold due to thin blankets. The next night we asked for and received an additional blanket. So while there were issues, management responded to them appropriately.
