Liked: Perfect for a nap and a shower before our cruise
Disliked: Water from the rain leaked into our room. Weathered look to the place.

Liked: The room was spacious and provided a lovely view of San Juan and the local residential homes. The quality of cleanliness was very high throughout the entire building. Although breakfast wasn't available during our stay, we found a local coffee shop to fulfill that request! Also, Norma, the concierge, was extremely nice and kind - thank you!
Disliked: A few amenities would've been great to add into the room (e.g. iron and ironing board, facial towels). Also, the elevator has some technical issues (e.g. efficiency getting from one level to the next) so my sibling and I decided to use the stairs on the final day. Also, the room door lock needs crucial maintenance.

Liked: It was close to the cruise port. Several restaurants available within walking distance to the hotel.
Disliked: Did not have a tea and coffee station.
