It was the last room...

Liked: The bathroom taps didn’t work, can see daylight and drafts through the door. It was -3 outside and the heat never got above 18 even turned all the way up. Bed was so hard it felt like sleeping on the box spring.

Needed a place to stay...

Liked: The room is styled like a cabin, and is clean.The checkout is easy.
Disliked: The front desk person could've been more polite.There was no hot water in the sink and shower. The room was cold even though the heater was turned on at max temperature.The coffee maker, coffee, and sugar were present, but there were no sticks to stir it - nothing at all.

Liked: The couple checking us in was nice and the location was ok.
Disliked: We couldn't get the TV to work. We couldn't get the phone to work either. The ac was also in bad shape and wasn't cooling. The curtain in the bathroom was very thin and lastly there was an odd smell in the room.
