Liked: Spacious room and very clean! Good value!
Disliked: The check in process was not very smooth for us. The website says guests can check in after 3 pm, but when we arrived at 4 pm on the day we checked in, we were told that the room wasn't ready yet and had to wait for 40 mins.

Liked: The room was very spacious and we appreciated the kitchenette. The staff at the check in counter was very helpful and the place was very clean.
Disliked: Sound proofing wasn’t really there. I was able to hear TV sound from the next door neighbor.

Overall a comfortable stay with...

Liked: Nice little kitchen with 2 stoves, fridge, microwave, sink, dishwasher and coffee machine. One of the beds was good, good hot water, reasonably ok fan/heater
Disliked: One of the beds had sunk and the springs were weak, looks like time to replace. The worst part was the wifi signal strength. Roku TV was hit and miss with poor wifi signal. Very slow wifi upload/download. I think, room is supposed to have cable TV too but could not find any connection/box.

Probably would look for different...

Liked: No breakfast. A very basic rm. Bed was great. Towels nice as well., small kitchenette if needed. Room was very clean, but TV to put it simply was useless. No channels, you could download to YOUR device in order to watch something. Really cheap approach to TV. Sedona is quite expensive for hotel rooms and this one was no different price wise for what you get.
