Strange motel

Liked: It is a small property and quiet. The price was not bad for Sedona.
Disliked: Location- not much around. No walking distance to get food or restaurant. Parking lot is small.We didnt get the room with a view we paid for.Mixed feelings about this "hotel"Probably will not stay again

Disliked: The floor was super dirty. Like it had not been cleaned in a long time to the point where the dirty went through my socks. also noise isolation isn’t great

Liked: Dog friendly; was given old towels for dog paw cleaning. Room was large and very clean. Beds comfy

A Gem of a place

Liked: Hope, the owner, was so nice, super helpful and just a pleasure to get to know. She told me about how they remodeled the place a few years back and you could tell they got it right. The rooms where very nicely done, so much so that I turned one night into three. She helped me extend my stay and have me the best room with a private balcony and an awesome view of Thunder mountain. Nothing was too much trouble for her or her staff. I'll be back again and again!
