Disliked: False advertising no welcome drinks and no tickets to events were offered at check in. And somehow was charged an extra 250.00 which was more than likely valet parking.

The best upscale hotel in...

Liked: We were on a girl vacation from California. This hotel is in a great place with all the amenities you could ask for and safe. They were just perfect. The employees were so helpful and kind. One in particular, Cameron, helped me with printing out some business forms I needed. He was very kind and helpful. The spirit there is so cheerful and makes you feel so happy to be there. The food was wonderful. They have brunch with a live DJ and it was just the best sounds. The bars were awesome with live entertainment. They have two bars both w love music. The rooms were so comfortable. There was no noise heard from our rooms. We slept so well because the beds were top notch. I can't say enough about this hotel.

Disliked: The beds could be WAYYY BETTER, they are terrible and VERY uncomfortable. And the curtains are beautiful but you can not shut them completely so it lets a TON of light in.

Liked: Great location, great rooms. Modern.
Disliked: Receptionist offered us an upgrade for a luxury room with a view. Turned out there was no view. But they reversed it with no problem and gave us a price reduction for our trouble. At breakfast nobody took notice of us. We had to look for someone to take our orders. But staff was exceptionally nice.

Would stay again

Liked: The friendly staff, clean - well decorated room.
Disliked: The shower!!!! It needs door or shower curtain. The shower is very open and gets very cold.
