Overall a great experience.

Disliked: The cleaning lady kept entering my room in the morning. She entered the room twice while i was asleep, i never experienced anything like that and the check out was at 12pm so why was she trying to get in the room that early? First time was around 8am then she did it again at 10am. I woke up with her opening the door both times. My parents stayed in a different room and that didn’t happen to them.

Liked: It was nice and clean and within walking distance for other restaurants outside of the one that is in the hotel. And the PHD rooftop lounge is another one unfortunately I didn’t get to experience this one it was closed on my birthday for my stay

Disliked: Hard to pull my car up out front to unload it.

The hotel while cleaned daily...

Liked: The staff were nice despite no room keys when we arrived.
Disliked: No room keys upon arrival and and one of the elevators was not working. After an all day of traveling it was most annoying to arrive and be inconvenienced.
