It was great just get...

Liked: Very clean and beautiful. Staff was great.
Disliked: Only bad thing I have to say is that the rooms are very small with dim light. I had to upgrade to a suite to get the space and lighting I desired. I would definitely stay again just in a suite only.

Disliked: I went with a friend and the shower and bath were seperate but the set up was odd, we had to walk out of the shower which led into the room, we couldn’t put a towel in the shower without risking getting it wet so we had to be fully nude it wasn’t ideal maybe for couples but not friends!

Disliked: Checked out on November 9 and have yet to receive a refund for the $470 I paid for incidentals. Tried emailing the hotel but they’re not answering. I want my money back.

Liked: Stay away from this hotel!
Disliked: I found a mysterious charge of $360.00 on my credit card in addition of a $300.00 "security deposit". When I inquired, customer service said it was a mistake and I get my money back tomorrow. 20! days passed, and I still haven't got my money. The hotel doesn't bother to answer my messages. So they just stole 660 dollars from my card and don't want to return them.About the hotel itself:The music from the nightclubs deafens, and it is impossible to sleep.The bathroom has a GLASS wall!! So anyone else in your room can see you on the toilet. I don't think it's normal. A lot of weird-looking people hanging around, outside and inside the hotel. It's the worst hotel I've ever stayed in
