Liked: Absolutely everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were beautiful and clean, the location was prime. Truly an experience!
Disliked: The parking garage is a bit expensive, but that’s to be expected in NY.

Disliked: front desk staff was extremely rude, had to wait over 40 minutes to check in. had to take cold showers - no hot water

Liked: The staff who checked us in was very accommodating because she showed us 3 rooms and allowed us to choose the one we wanted to stay in.
Disliked: The tv didn't work in the room. No accommodation was made for the inconvenience. The rooms had little to no closet space. Even though the staff who checked us in was great, the other staff at the front desk made a smirky comment when we asked about upgrades.
