Great for overnight business stay
Liked: Location and facilities
Disliked: Heater was off, room was freezing although they sorted it and got extra blanket, it took a few hours to heat the room so I could take my coat off.

Disliked: The room smelled a little of drains and the fan in the toilet went all night.

Perfect for my requirements.
Liked: Breakfast good. Plenty of choice and plenty of seating.
Disliked: Not a fan of automated check-ins. There always seems to be a problem as there was this time. A staff member sorted it but could just have easily checked me in in the normal way and avoided the problem.

Disliked: The breakfast was pretty average and looked like it had been in the pots for quite a while. The evening meal was burger and it was burnt to a crisp

Disappointing
Disliked: I was really disappointed with the breakfast situation. I choose to have a plant-based diet and was dismayed to discover that this chain of hotels has now stopped serving hash browns, tomatoes, mushrooms and fruit. Now the only hot food available is bacon, sausages and beans. This seems ridiculous when the vegan options are so much cheaper to make.I was offered some vegan sausages but after waiting twenty minutes for these I had to abandon my breakfast because of time constraints. I went to work hungry. This shouldn't happen in a hotel.According to the person on the front desk, this is now policy in all Dragonfly hotels so I will now stop using them until they change their attitude to breakfast.
