Liked: The bed was comfy and the shower was excellent. The room was lovely and clean.
Disliked: We were extremely disappointed in the hot breakfast. It was all old and dry, The eggs were watery and green. It all looked like it had been there since 7am and this was at 9:30.

Not acceptable

Liked: Booked room over Internet. Arrived. Only one person serving we had collected takeaway. When we eventually got given our keys to room took reception 20 to 25 minutes to sort keys , Our takeaway food was freezing cold due to waiting 25 . The beds had hair on matress sheet and quilt covers . , there was a bug in the along with hair in the tub . Altho this was very much unacceptable I decided I would eat my food and put tv on . And guess what tv didn't turn on, . Very much in acceptable. I decided to go reception . , she gave us another room . . Altho Thus was cleaner .our food was completely freezing cold due to all the messing around .I would never return to stay . Very poorly run . Rooms dirty . ( pubic hair in bed ) obviously bed sheets hadn't been changed. Our stay here was one of the worst places stayed in if not the worst . We decided to stay due to your rating. . 25 mins from arrival to get keys to room . * 1 staff member serving the venue in site Filfy dirty room I'm requesting a full refund .
