Amazing but also Unfortunate

Liked: Everyone was nice and welcoming. The room was adorable and the amenities were all great. We had spa treatments and they were amazing. The mineral pools were a life saver. The cool plunge (dumping of cold water after hot mineral soak) was amazing. We ate at the restaurant on the premises which was really good. Again, everyone was friendly and so accommodating Cons: the walls are extremely thin and we had someone above us that walked incessantly all night and early in the morning. I did let the front desk know who gave us a refund on resort fees. There was construction going on as well which woke us up early in the morning.

Liked: Small intimate, very clean, well maintained, friendly staff., And people are very helpful. The mineral pools are absolutely delightful.

Liked: This was a nice place to stay overnight. Heated pools were great. Hotel staff very helpful. Room was average.Food at restaurant was below average in quality and taste, and wait staff were not helpful.

Liked: Absolutely wonderful place to be during a special week of reunion and watercolor workshop with Barbara Nechis. I could not have been most pleased with Dr. Wilkinson's. Our room was in the Victorian Cottage. The hands down most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Great water!All the good things you could want or need and more! Not to mention being in the heart of the downtown district. So happy

A good value for a...

Liked: The massage was top notch, the hot mineral pool was amazing, the outside vibe was cool. It was raining so we didn’t get to hang out there but it would’ve been so fun. Beds were super comfy.
Disliked: It was a bit noisy. We could hear people talking into the wee hours of the morning. The rooms are close to the pools so the potential for noise is high.
