Beautiful Hotel

Liked: Beautiful hotel,exceptional food evening meal and breakfast.
Disliked: Coach house room a couple of small negatives.Toilet roll handle loose.Sealant in shower needs replacing. A few tiles on bathroom floor cracked. A shame these are small things but would not take a lot to sort out.

Liked: It was idilic, we stayed at the coach house and sat outside of our room in the sun with drinks and great conversation.The room was perfect and the bathroom was fabulous with a massive bath
Disliked: As above also the food was great and we enjoyed every thing

Liked: Everything as expected. I'm half Northumbrian on my Mother's side, she was born in Lowick in 1921. Your location great for exploring old haunts.
Disliked: I can't fault the Hotel. However, the group of guests who checked in on Wednesday afternoon were / are a disgrace to humanity as far as I'm concerned. They were rude to other guests and especially rude to the staff. I was actually asked how long I intended sitting in the bar as they required to move tables together for their group! They may have classic cars but they didn't impress my wife or myself. I'd very much appreciate you forwarding my comments to the Hotel owner, Mr. Runciman I belive.

Liked: Towel warmer didn't work and toilet had flushing issues.Our room was not made up when we entered the room. Half of the shampoo and conditioner miscellaneous were not in room.
